Sessions are private, prepared for individually, and held in a space reserved only for you. The policy below reflects that — without being rigid where life genuinely intervenes.
More than 48 hours before
Cancellations and reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before the session start are honoured in full — refunded to the original payment method, or moved to a new mutually agreed date at no cost.
Within 48 hours of the session
Within the 48-hour window, sessions are non-refundable. The room, the time, and the preparation cannot meaningfully be re-allocated that close to the appointment.
The only exception is where James has personally agreed otherwise in writing. Your message thread inside your account is the record — anything agreed there counts. Verbal or third-party assurances do not.
No-shows
A missed session without prior notice is treated as a within-48-hour cancellation and is non-refundable.
Genuine emergencies
Illness, bereavement, and safety concerns are handled humanly, not automatically. Message James as early as you can; he will respond personally.
Cancellations by James
In the rare event James needs to cancel or move a session, you will be offered a full refund or a new date of your choice — at no cost and without any 48-hour limitation on your side.
The Deepening Journey & Mentorship
For multi-session pathways, the 48-hour rule applies to each individual session. Where a full pathway is paid in advance and an entire arc needs to be ended, terms are discussed privately and fairly with you.
