The lineage
White Tantra
A doorway. Rarely a threshold.
Meditation, mantra, breath, symbol. The cerebral, devotional end of the lineage. Beautiful work, real work — but almost entirely held above the waist and inside the mind. Most modern, public-facing tantra schools sit here, because it is the part of tantra that is comfortable to teach in groups.
Honest, but partial.
The lineage
Pink Tantra
A softening. Often a beginning.
Heart-led, devotional, sensuality without contact. Eye gazing, partner breathing, the language of love and presence. Genuinely tender — and for many, a real opening. It rarely, on its own, reaches the parts of you that have learned to keep desire at arm's length.
A first taste. Seldom the whole journey.
Where we work
Red Tantra
Where the body finally arrives.
Embodied, erotic, charged. The breath drops lower. The gaze holds longer. Sensual current is named instead of avoided. Practices may include slow movement, somatic awareness, partial or full nudity offered as enhancement, and — only ever where it has been mutually and explicitly agreed in advance — guided touch. The body is treated as instrument and altar, not as a problem to be managed.
This is where Obsidian Presence works.
Where we work
Black Tantra
The deepest end of the same lineage.
Shadow work. Surrender. The parts of desire that polite culture quietly forbids — fear, longing, dominance, anger, the erotic underside of grief. Worked with consciously, slowly, and with adult honesty. Never performance, never spectacle. Most teachers stop where this begins. For some women, this is where the actual change lives.
Offered by invitation, only after sufficient ground.
