Nervousness is welcome and expected. Almost every woman who arrives feels some version of it. The opening of every session is dedicated to settling — slow conversation, breath, tea — until your body itself feels ready.

Is this sexual?

Sex is not the goal of this work, nor its purpose. Sessions are consent-led embodiment coaching, shaped with you in advance. Sensuality and presence have a place; performance does not. Anything that ever moves further between adults is a private matter, only ever fully mutual, and never an expectation of the work itself.

Never. Nudity is offered as an optional enhancement to certain embodied practices — partial or full — and only when you have clearly chosen it in advance. You can change your mind at any moment.

What happens physically?

Practices may include breathwork, eye gazing, slow movement, somatic awareness, and — only ever where it has been explicitly agreed in advance — guided touch. The shape of every session is decided with you, not for you.

Do I need any experience?

No. The Embodiment Session in particular is designed for women with no prior experience in tantra, breathwork, or somatic work.

What should I wear?

Something soft, comfortable, and easy to breathe and move in. There is no dress code beyond your own ease.

A standard private session runs around two hours, including settling, the practice itself, and integration. Mentorship arcs are scheduled differently and discussed individually.

Most women begin with The Embodiment Session — a single, self-contained entry point at £495. From there, the Deepening Journey (three sessions, £1,250) or Private Mentorship (6–12 weeks, bespoke from £3,500) may be invited if there is genuine fit.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are held in a private hotel suite or Airbnb in central London, chosen for discretion and ease. The address is sent to you privately before the meeting, and James will meet you in person at the entrance if that feels more comfortable.
